Our Installation Process

Step 1: Estimate & Selection

We visit your home, measure the space, assess the subfloor, and discuss your style goals. Then we guide you through material selection at our showroom.

Step 2: Subfloor Prep

A great installation starts below the surface. We inspect, level, and prepare your subfloor to ensure the new floor lies flat and performs correctly over time.

Step 3: Installation

Our crew installs your chosen hardwood using the appropriate method — nail-down, glue-down, or floating — based on your subfloor type and product.

Step 4: Sand & Finish (if unfinished)

For unfinished hardwood, we sand on-site and apply your chosen finish — oil-based, water-based, or hardwax oil — in the number of coats required.

Step 5: Final Walkthrough

We walk the job with you before we leave. If anything isn't right, we fix it. That's our guarantee.
